We take your health and safety very seriously. We employ strict social distance and cleaning protocols during and between classes. You will be assigned a large workout square each time you visit. As much as possible we will have fresh air coming into the gym through open bay doors.
If you ever feel like you don’t want to come to the gym you can always do an at home version of that days workout which is provided in our mobile app!
