Personalized coaching often consists of some private coaching plus group offerings to maximize results and value at the same time!

  • Comprehensive assessment
  • Goal setting support
  • Ongoing nutrition and lifestyle optimization support
  • Minimum of 1-6 custom designed workouts per week based on goals and ability
  • May also include some CTOWN group training sessions when appropriate
  • Weekly review and feedback based on logged training, sleep and nutrition results
  • 2 training video reviews and feedback per week
  • Quarterly 1-on-1 reassessment and planning session
  • Training can be done at CTOWN or remotely

6 Week Challenge

With the right amount of focus on exercise, healthy eating, your accountability coach will be with you every step of the way. This program has inspired hundreds of people to get off yo-yo and fad diets and teaches skills that will change your life, for life!

 

Group Training

Perfect for those looking to lose weight, look better in a bathing suit or improve performance on the court or field. In CTOWN Health and Performance classes, elements of gymnastics, Olympic weightlifting, powerlifting, sprinting, rowing and jumping are all combined into one program to help you achieve your goals. In just 3 days a week, you will develop a new found confidence for everything you do. This is our most popular program here at CTOWN.

 

Small Group Training

Perfect for those looking for a semi-private atmosphere and goal-oriented training. CTOWN Small Group Training allows 2 to 5 people per class. Led by our professional coaches, we are able to tailor training to each individual’s goals because our small group training is designed to improve motivation, accountability, and results. We’ll take the time to modify exercises, improve technique, answer questions, and provide the motivation to achieve your goals.

 

Nutrition Services

Nutrition is the foundation of any healthy lifestyle. If you want to lose weight, tone up or even gain strength or mass, you will need to fuel your body properly. Our coaches work with you to implement healthy eating, lifestyle management and incremental habit change. The knowledge you will gain here will help you for a lifetime!
