1a. BB (rear-racked) Step-ups (onto box which is knee height) 3 x 10 (each leg)
1b. BB (rear-racked) Calf Raises 3 x 20 (use same weight as step-ups)
– Complete Step-ups then immediately perform calf raises

2. With a 20 minute running clock, perform:
40-45 seconds of ME BB OH Lunge Steps
Run 400 meters fast
– Rest 20 seconds before restarting thrusters

Weighted Step-ups (3 x 10 (each leg))

With a 20 minute running clock, perform:
