CTOWN CrossFit-Downtown – CrossFit DTF

1. With a 25 minute running clock:
a. 0-12 minutes, work up to heavy single Deadlift
– 12-15 minutes, transition weight to 80% of today’s heaviest single
b. 15-25 minutes, EMOTM perform:
odd minutes – 5 Deadlifts + 5 Burpees
even minutes – 5 Strict Chin-ups + 5 Hand-release Push-ups
– Post heaviest single for a. Record deadlift weight used in comments for b.

2. 3 rounds, each individually timed, of:
15 UB Wall Balls 30/20 @ 10’
30 UB RKBS (as heavy as possible)
– Rest until recovered before starting each round
– 10 Burpee penalty for every broken set of WB and KBS (to be performed after 3 rounds completed; i.e., max 20 penalty burpees PER round)
– Post time for each round.

Deadlift

Record your heaviest single.

Record DL weight for EMOM in comments.

Metcon (3 Rounds for time)

3 rounds, each individually timed, of:

15 UB Wall Balls 30/20 @ 10’
