1: Push Jerk (3,3,3,3,3,3)

After 2-4 warm-up sets, increase weight on each of 6 work sets of 3 reps. Press under the barbell EXPLOSIVELY.

2: Metcon (15 Rounds for weight)

OTM x 15 minutes, perform 3 Thrusters + 3 CTB Pull-ups.
– Decrease weight on barbell every 5 minutes:

– 1st 5 min = 135/95

– 2nd 5 min = 115/85

– 3rd 5 min = 95/65
