1. Handstand Progressions – Hold to Push-up to Walk

2. 5 rounds NOT for time.
10 Strict BB Presses AHAP (as heavy as possible)
10 Pull-ups
10 Push Presses (using same weighted BB as strict press)
10 Strict Ring Rows (stay tight, no jerking motions)

3. Finish with a 1000 meter Row for cool down @ 70% pace – should be conversational, no heavy breathing or gasping of air
