EMOTM x 21 minutes

– First: 35 seconds of Deadlifts – using 70-75% of today’s heaviest lift for doubles only/2 sec rest after every 2 reps

– Second: 35 seconds of Ring Push-ups/2 sec rest after every 2 reps

– Third: 35 seconds of Box Jumps High/2 sec pause after every rep

– Repeat x 7 rounds
