1. Every 30-seconds x 10 sets of:
1-2 Deadlifts (heavy)
1-2 Box Jumps (high)
– Post reps. Add weight used and box height to comments.

2. Russian Twists 3 x 15-20 (L+R=1) (use a ball or bumper)
– No measure in Wodify –

3. “Death By 10 meters”
– Mark 2 points exactly 10 meters apart. EMOTM, sprint! 1 min is 10 meters, 2 min is 20 meters, 3 minutes is 30 meters, until you cannot complete meters in given minute.
– Post completed minute (rounds).

Every 30-seconds x 10 sets of:
