CTOWN CrossFit-Downtown – CrossFit DTF

1. 4 sets x 2 Hang (from top of knee) Power Snatch + 3 OHS, increase weight on GOOD lifts

2. 3 x 7 minutes with 2 minutes rest between rounds:
Run 700-800 meters (4 minutes or less)
40-50 Heavy RKBS (3 minutes or less)

Metcon (Weight)
