With a partner, complete for reps:
– 7 min running clock, perform:
(a) Both athletes run 800 meters with a bumper plate
(b) ME Ground to Overhead 115/85
– 2 min rest
– 7 min running clock, perform:
(a) Both athletes run 800 meters (no bumper)
(b) ME rounds of Cindy (5 pull-ups + 10 push-ups + 15 squats)
– 2 min rest
– 7 min running clock, perform:
(a) Both athletes run 800 meters with a bumper plate
(b) ME Curtis P 115/85
– 2 min rest
– 7 min running clock, perform:
(a) Both athletes run 800 meters (no bumper)
(b) ME Burpees

1. Partners must run with all bumper and/or iron plates. Only thing not being carried is the barbell.

2. Only ONE barbell per team.

3. Only ONE partner works during max efforts.

4. Score is total of all ME.

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)
