3 KB Snatch (L+R=1)

9 Push-ups

18 Double-unders
Choose weight to perform snatch with proper technique. If no dubs, perform 3x singles.

2: DB Shoulder Press (6,6,6,6,6)

After 2-4 warm-up sets, perform 5 sets of 6 reps with increasing weights. Use DB or KB.
