Accumulate holds in the following areas :

5 minutes L Sit (on ground or hanging from pull-up bar)
5 minutes in Hand Stand Hold
5 minutes in the Bottom of Squat Hold

– Time doesn’t need to be consecutive; however, you must accumulate 5 minutes minimum in each position.

Scale 1 knees slightly bent

Scale 2 tuck high

Scale 3 tuck low

Could also scale to two boxes instead of rings to not work as hard

Scale 4 Hollow hold

Hand stand

Rx Nose and toes on the wall

Scale 1 Heels on the wall (tuck in that belly)

Scale 2 Top of persons Wallwalk

Squat hold

Scale 1 wall sit (iron chair hold)

Ensure squat is active or resting at bottom
