OTM x 18, using 30 seconds work, 30 seconds rest:

1 min: ME Hang Power Cleans

2 min: ME Front Lunge Steps

3 min: ME Push Presses

– Repeat for 6 rounds.

On the barbell, use:

– Minute 1,2,3,4,5,6 = 135/95

(Score in Round 1)

– Minute 7,8,9,10,11,12 = 115/85

(Score in Round 2)

– Minute 13,14,15,16,17,18 = 96/65

(Score in Round 3)
