With a partner, each athlete uses own equipment to complete the workout.

a. For max reps:

– Each movement x 2 min ME with 30 sec rest between each mvmt (12 minute total time).

– 50 Burpees earned for each individual; add-on penalty burpees assumed for a loss to be added to total of burpees in c.

– Count your repetitions in each round, partner with lowest total for each 2 min round assumes 5 burpee penalty per mvmt (max = 25 penalty burpees):

b. For time:

30 Thrusters 95/65

15 Unbroken Wall Balls 20/14

20 Thrusters
