Move as much weight as possible from ground to overhead in 6 minutes of work.
Choose 1 weight for your barbell and perform max effort GtOH (clean & jerk, snatch, levitation, etc) for 6 minutes. Score is reps x weight.

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

12 min AMRAP of:

15 UB Wall Balls 20/14 @ 10’

9 UB Double-unders

3 UB CTB Pull-ups
UB = unbroken

Immediately perform 3 Burpees for every break in reps. Write total amount of burpees in comments.

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

OTM x 10, perform ME RKBS 70/55 for 40 sec work, 20 sec rest.
