Choose 1 weight for your barbell and perform max effort GtOH (clean & jerk, snatch, levitation, etc) for 6 minutes. Score is reps x weight.

9 UB Double-unders
3 UB CTB Pull-ups

Immediately perform 3 Burpees for every break in reps. Write total amount of burpees in comments.

OTM x 10, perform ME RKBS 70/55 for 40 sec work, 20 sec rest.
