“To The Lost” – Partners
With a partner and for time, complete:
Run 1 mile with 45/25 bumper plate
Then, 50-40-30-20-10 of:
Burpee to plate 45/25
Ground to Overhead 45/25
Squats 45/25
Run 1 mile with 45/25 bumper plate.
– Post time.
– Only 1 bumper per team.
– During the runs, each partner must carry the weight for 800 meters.
– During the movements, P1 works while P2 rests. P2 cannot start movements until P1 passes off bumper.
– Team must finish workout together.
– 45 minute time cap.

Metcon (Time)
