– Athlete uses one barbell with one predetermined weight and cannot increase or decrease weight during workout. After every 10 repetitions, athlete must perform:
3 Strict Chin-ups
7 Box Jumps 24/20
– Score is time to complete. Post weight and rounds of chins, jumps, and doubles in comments.
