2014 Athlete Combine

1. 500-meter Row
– Athlete must complete the Row as fast as possible. Athlete’s times will be recorded at 150-, 300-, and 500-meters.

2. Push Press Test 115/85
– Athlete has 1-minute to complete as many repetitions as possible without dropping or re-racking barbell. Barbell can rest on athlete’s chest, but for no longer than 5-seconds. Athlete must choose from one of 4 pre-determined weights:

– 135/95
– 115/80
– 95/65
– 75/55

3a + b. Box + Broad Jump Tests
– Athlete has no more than 3 attempts to achieve a maximum height on a Box Jump. After stepping down from box, athlete must immediately establish the furthest distance possible using a standing broad jump. On both jumps, athlete must show control upon landing.

4. Burpee Shuttle Run Test
– Athlete begins shuttle run with a burpee then sprints 30-feet to endline and completes another burpee before returning to start. Athlete must complete as many shuttle runs as possible in a 90-second time frame. Burpee must be performed behind line for the run to count.
