EMOTM for 9 minutes:

5 Kipping Pull-ups (No butterfly)

10 Push-ups (Chest To Deck)

15 Air Squats (Butt taps medicine ball)

– If you do not finish the round before the start of next minute, check as penalty. After the completion of 9 minutes, score penalties with 7 burpees per; i.e., 2 penalties equals 14 burpees.
