Rest 2 min
ME Sit-ups in 2 minutes
Rest 2 min
ME Squats in 2 minutes

Post reps for each individual mvmt in rounds.

(Not 3 rounds of work. Only 1 round. Wodify doesn’t allow to separate each movement.)

100 CTB Pull-ups for time.

– No Bands.

Choose CTB, Kipping, Ring Rows and stick to it. If you’re not touching your chest to bar EVERY SINGLE REP it is not CTB.
