Movements include low and high skill, but can be scaled and modified for any level, ability or restriction. Workouts replicate actions that you perform on a daily basis and feature variations of weight lifting including squats, push-ups pull-ups and more.

No! No matter what your current fitness level is, you can start CrossFit. As you progress, workouts will become more challenging. Every workout is designed to help you succeed, build strength and help you reach your personal goals.

CTOWN’s approach asks you to have an open mind. The more open, the more coachable you are, and the faster and longer lasting your results will be. How much does Crossfit in Cleveland Cost?

You don’t pay for a gym membership at CTOWN. At CTOWN you pay for a fitness coach who guides you on movement, nutrition, lifestyle practices, and finding balance to enjoy a lifetime journey in fitness. When we understand what program style is best for you we will go over all of the fees in detail. We’d like you to come meet us, see our gym, understand what we are about, then decide. Common package prices range anywhere from $19 - $275 per month depending upon your needs and a variety of other factors.
