Climb mountains not so the world can see you, but so you can see the world.

CTOWN CrossFit-Downtown – CrossFit DTF

1. Spend 5-7 minutes warming up for heavy triples of Deadlifts
2. OT2M x 10 minutes, perform 3 Deadlifts (increase) + 3 High Box Jumps (no bounding)

3. 4 x 3 minutes of work with 2 minutes of rest between rounds of:
24 Heavy RKBS
12 Front Squats (moderate weight, no rack)
– With remaining time, perform max effort of mountain climbers holding barbell (L+R = 1).

Deadlift (5 x 3 increase)

Spend 5-7 minutes warming up for heavy triples, then OT2M x 10 minutes, perform 3 Deadlifts (increase) + 3 High Box Jumps (no bounding)

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

4 x 3 minutes of work with 2 minutes of rest between rounds of:

24 Heavy RKBS

12 Front Squats (moderate weight, no rack)

– With remaining time, perform max effort of mountain climbers holding barbell (L+R = 1).
