BUFF (Time)

Lift 8,000/5,600 pounds from Ground to Overhead.

Athlete uses one barbell, one predetermined weight. Cannot increase or decrease weight during workout.

Athlete must perform 52 Double-unders + 13 Chin-ups after every 10 repetitions.

Post weight used and time.
BUFF is the nickname for the Air Force’s Boeing B-52 Stratofortress, which carries as much as 70,000 pounds of weapons.

BUFF is short for Big Ugly Fat Fucker.
