3 rounds of 1-min ME per mvmt:

Toes to bar
Hang Squat Clean Thrusters 95/65
After the 3 round rest period, complete an 800-meter Run.
Post times for both runs and total reps.
– Run 800-meter with a 4:00 time cap. At that point, the 2-min rest begins. After the rest, complete 3 rounds of 1-min max efforts of each movement with a 1-min rest between each round. After the third rest period, run another 800-meters with a 4:00 time cap.
