Every two minutes on the minute, two attempts at 90% of your previously tested 1RM Squat Snatch.

These are not touch and go reps.

Two attempts only for a total of 10 possible completed reps. Please show total in your comments.

Clean and Jerk (5x2x90)

Follow the same procedure as today’s snatch.
