10 Lunge Steps (per leg) 95/65 (in front rack position)
10 HSPU
200-meter Run

Then, 3 rounds of:
10 Box Jumps (holding med ball)
10 Burpee Wall Balls 30/20 @ 10′
10 Squat Clean Thrusters 95/65
10 No Ab Mat Sit-ups (holding med ball on stomach)
200-meter Run (carrying med ball)

Post ME from 1st set of Thrusters and time. Then, give Renee Cooper props for consistently hitting 4+ WODs while preggers when most NON-preggers find excuses to sit on their ass.
